Shipping & Returns


  • The Bean Coffee Company Roasts to order, to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.  Roasting time takes 4-7 days from the date your order is received.
  • The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
  • Standard ground delivery to the lower 48 states will be within 4 to 10 business days once the roasting process is completed and the package has shipped.
  • Depending upon the items purchased and the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available.
  • Shipping and handling will be charged at the time of shipment. .
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Note- no Saturday deliveries.
  • We use a variety of shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS). If your address is not deliverable by a particular carrier, please call our customer service department to place your order # .Shipping charges for orders returned as undeliverable, and/or orders that have been refused will be charged to the customer. 
  • Thebeancoffeecompany.com orders are all shipped without a signature required. If you want signature required you must call our customer service (562-265-1849) department to place your order and a $3.00 signature fee will apply.

  • The United States Postal Service will not be an option for all addresses, but may be required for some destinations.
  • Standard delivery will be within 4 to 14 business days.
  • Express delivery is not available.
  • Certain beauty products are not available for shipment to these areas.

APO/FPO Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery will be up to 30 business days.
  • All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Services. Express delivery is not available.
  • Refer to the Shipping & Handling chart listed above for delivery charges.
  • Certain products are not available for shipment to these areas.
  • Delivery to a stateside APO/FPO box will be made in 10 business days. Actual delivery time to the recipient's location may take up to a total of 30 business days or more.

Returning an Item

Returns by mail in the United States:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

NOTE: If you checked out as a "Guest" and did not create an account you will not be able to track or submit a return request for your order. To make a return, simply return your package with a note or email us at to process the return request.


  • Sign into your account on Thebeancoffeecompany.com, click on Return Requests and select your items and reasons for return. 
  • All packages must be sent through a traceable and insurable method. Thebeancoffeecompany.com is not responsible for return items that are lost in the mail. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. (Unless items were mis-shipped or damaged. In this case you must call customer service to process your order)
  •  All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanging an Item

We are unable to offer exchanges for Thebeancoffeecompany.com orders during the return process. If you would like a new item please call customer service to place a new order and you will receive free standard shipping on your new order.
