An easy-to-make cold treat: absolutely perfect for the summer. These Vietnamese coffee popsicles are a sweet and creamy treat that are sure to satisfy any coffee craving that you may have. Simple and delicious: the best kind of recipe there is!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups strongly brewed coffee (cold) 
  • 1 7-oz can condensed milk
  • ½ cup whole milk

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until completely combined.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours.
  3. Enjoy!

Optional: If you are a chocolate lover, add a few chocolate chips to the mix! Or drizzle some melted chocolate over the top just before serving!
